One point of controle and crentralized liquidity management by not having SSC.

A common objective of companies today is to relocate decentralized financial services to a corporate shared service centre. Decisions to do this are usually cost driven. We are convinced that by centralizing your major processes you are able to control your cash-in/cash-out better. We enable this change by identifying and offering solutions for the key financial business processes in your organization.

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable are in our opinion the key functions you must control globally for real-time Cash Management. How can we execute these functions while avoiding pressure to the independence of the local organizations?

To tackle this strategic and practical issue we introduce the Payment & Collection Factory, the
Working Capital Enabler or better what is our cash position globally.

Payment side
Payments are collected from your ERP systems in any electronic format. By using a web browser, the payment files are authorized and released to be processed. Then the payments are routed in the most efficient way depending on the banks that have been selected to process the payments.

Collection side
Account statements are collected from your banks in any electronic format. Then the statements are reconciled using intelligent scanning algorithms. When we say reconcile, we mean everything you find on your statement.

The Payment & Collection Factory (PCF) is the result of gathering information and gaining expertise from our customers over the past 15 years. The payment side is based on our well known product Finance eXchange Server (FXS) and the collection side is implemented with ReconFact Server (RFS).
